Is it really worth fighting this battle....

Hi, Thanks for taking the time and energy to visit my blog....

In my experience,

I have won lots of fights (physical and verbal)
with my friends but there was no peace between us.

I realized, I wasted my energy and strengh in fighting which,
offered no great reward.

Eventhough we win these battles, which does not have any great reward,
we still come out with battle scars and we are tired emotionally.
We may not have energy to fight the battles which takes us
to new levels in our life.

The simple solution is to forgive, not
for others sake, but for your sake, so that you can escape from
unnecessary scars and keep the peace.

I am not saying to correct none.  But change the approach
find the ways how you can really impact the person  to change...........  :)

In the days of Jesus.

Jesus was criticized.....
The scripturs say "He spoke not a word".

Whenever someone tries to argue just
for the sake of testing Jesus, The Scriptures
say "He moved away from them".

His attidude was let my actions do the talking.
Words are not necessary.

If someone shows us in the bad light, and trying
to push us down, understand it is not because they
are better, but they are insecure, and want to
minimize us so that they will look maximized.

It is easy to start and fuel the fight....... but
difficult to stop the fight......

Nowadays if I have an opportunity to fight......

I check,

"What reward  will I get, If I win this fight"
"What am I trying to prove to him or her?"

I understood the principle that no matter how good and
kind I am , somebody is going to judge me,  get jelous of me and critcise me.
It is not my job to convince that they are wrong.

Unless they change themselves, it will drag them down and
keep them from comeup higher.

Life is too short to live that way, trying to please
everybody, which is impossible.

When an eagle was pestered by the crows or chickens.
eventhough Eagle is much bigger and stronger, it will
not get into the fight with chickens and crows but it rises
above, before long it will go even elevation even
chicken and crow can not see.

Meaning, it simply rose above all by putting efforts in
flying.

We all have  crows that keep crowing at us and chicken pecking
us in our lives.  Sometimes we have whole flocks.
Where they are not interested us, but they
want to drag us down by talking bad about us.  We need to rise above all.

Instead of putting our energy in  worring about why someone said
something, we can spend the same amount of energy in practising our own
skills and improving our lives.

So, now I understand not to fight all the battles
which comes on my way but only the one which
takes me to the next levels in my life............

I hope you also agree with me............... :)

Inspired by Joel Osteen.

Catch you in the next post............

God bless you........

bye
